Heartfelt Creations Winter Wonderland Release!

Yay!  The Winter Wonderland Collection is here, and I'm so happy because I've been making some beautiful cards using it and have been wanting to start sharing them with you.

Today's card is one of the one's I created as part of the competition process for the Heartfelt Creations design team.

Here is what the front of the card looks like:

Isn't that image gorgeous!  I immediately knew that church would look wonderful as part of a night scene.  The windows are coloured by adding a bit of orange/red in the corners to add depth.  All the colouring is with copics, though I also masked the church and added Tattered Angels Glimmer mist to the sky in the background.

I didn't have a lot of time to create, and wanted something that was fabulous, and so I decided to do a Tri-Shutter card.  I found the instructions and tutorial at SCS, and after destroying a few sheets of paper, got the template sorted out.  Here's what it looks like opened up:

The background sheet showing forest branches is plain cardstock that I decorated using images from the Holly Berry filler set.

Here it is from the other angle:

Both sentiments come from the same set, and I decided to use both to dress up the different panels.

And here's what the whole thing looks like when it's opened up flat:
The berries that shine on the bottom aren't stickers, they are another of the images from the Holly Berry Filler set, that have been stamped, coloured, and then covered with Crystal Effects.
