Summer Birthday card

I've got a cheery birthday card for you today, with bees and flowers and happy birthday wishes :-)  I hope you are all having a good week!

Products Used on This Project feature Heartfelt Creations 



Other: Distress Ink Scattered Straw, Versafine Ink Black, Spica Glitter Pens, Sewing machine Copics used: Y06, Y17, RV10, R85
Card size is 4.25 x 5.5 Cut background size to layer over base out of tan cardstock.  Stamp with Basketweave background stamp, then crumple up and distress using light coloured distress ink.  Use sewing machine to add stitching along the edges, then adhere to base.  Stamp sentiment and then cut out with oval die cut, adhere to centre of card.  Stamp bee images, cut out with coordinating die cut and colour and then bend up wings.  Use glitter pen on wings.  Adhere body of the bees to the card leaving the wings uplifted.  Stamp the flowers, cut out with coordinating die cut, colour and adhere as shown.
