Paper Sundae Challenge 12

Happy Sunday!  The middle of the long weekend, wow, it slips by so fast.

Today card is made using this weeks Paper Sundaes sketch challenge.  I've used an image from the new release by Wags and Whiskers.

In addition to using the Paper Sundae sketch challenge this week, I also decided to play along with the OCC challenge to use buttons, so instead of primas I used buttons on the edge--luckily I had some purple buttons!

I haven't put a sentiment on the front, but plan to decorate the inside with either the sentiment "celebrate", "you go girl!" or "congratulations", depending on what is needed.  I think it'll be good for passing to someone if they get a new job or promotion or for an achievement card.  What would you use it for?

  2. Too cute. I don't use a lot of sentiments on my cards generally... but this allows for personalization! Great card.

  8. Fun color combo. I like your idea for "you go girl" as the sentiment. Fits the image perfectly.
