Photo inspiration

Today at Sentimental Sundays we have a photo inspiration for you.  Check out the site for the image--it is a fabulous photo of a lighthouse with waves crashing all around it.

For me, this made me think of the beach, and how amazing it is that the piers and the shore and the sea life and beach animals can survive the storms...don't we all wish we were that resilient?!

With that in mind, here is the card I made using this inspiration.

All stamps used are from Heartfelt Creations.

Products used:
Seagull Roost Product ID: 698E
Uplifting Scriptures PreCut Set Product ID: HCPC 3312
Labels 12 Product ID: 430808
Standard circle nestabilities

Instructions:
Card size is standard 5 1/5 by 4 1/4
Emboss background layers, distress and adhere to base as shown in photo.
Stamp image of seagulls on white card stock and colour (Copics used here).  Cut out using label die cut and adhere as shown using pop up dots.  Stamp sentiment, add colour in background using Copic Airgun or sponges.  Cut out with die cut and adhere to top.  Embellish with pearls.
