Here is my creation, I hope you like it!
The main image is a Cornish Heritage Farms stamp, and I've used it previously for Summer and Autumn cards, just switching up how it's been coloured. This time I added lots of flowersoft and glitter. The blue sky in the main panel with the deer is airbrushed. Used white pigment ink for the snowfakes and edging of the blue panel.
It's a standard A4 envelope size, and while it is a bit thick, it's gonna make it in to a regular envelope...yay!
What are your Sunday plans? I have to clean our freezer and make room for Turkeys...yes, Hubby tells me he's bringing home two (2!!) Turkeys from work as a Christmas gift, but where will we put them?! Eek!! Better find a way to bake up all those berries that are filling up space, or something, before then LOL!
Love your background piece and the snowflake embellishment.
ReplyDeletePlan to decorate the tree and take DS skating. If time, I will finish cleaning out laundry room closet. (Storage bins in dishwasher right now.)
Let me know if you need help with freezer space. I LOVE turkey.

ReplyDeleteYou can send some berries from your freezer to me - I already used up all my frozen blueberries and raspberries for muffins ;)
I'm going to volunteer today in a community craft store that sells my cards - hope somebody will come in this nasty weather..

ReplyDeleteHello from Tx!! It's getting a little cooler down here, so I'm sure you Canadians are freezing. I'm so glad I decided to stop by today because I had never heard of Sentimental Sundays! I'm off to check them out in more detail and add them to my challenge side bar!
ReplyDeleteYour background is so pretty, those snowflakes just pop off the blue paper. Lovely card my dear!
And I love how you added texture using the flowersoft and glitter for snow!

ReplyDeleteWhat a nice woodsy scene. The glitter and flowersoft make a nice accent.
ReplyDeleteWe never make a turkey at our house. Not worth the effort for just the two of us. So when we end up with a turkey like a holiday bonus or something, we donate it to the local soup kitchen.
Gorgeous card, love the flower soft and the glitter, such a peaceful scene. Sounds like you will be eating turkey for a while.
ReplyDeleteStunning card and your colors are beautiful.
